Refunds (less a 20% administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Conference Organizers by May 16, 2018. All refunds will only be issued after the convention. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 16, 2018.
Substitutions may be made but notice must be received at email@example.com no later than May 16, 2018.
